Elena Lougovskaia heads our immigration practice. She is a first-generation immigrant. Born in Siberia, Russia, Elena moved to the United States when she was 16 to obtain her education in America. She has bachelor's and doctorate degrees from American Universities and is licensed to practice law in Ohio. Elena speaks Russian fluently and represents many Russian clients in immigration matters. She also commits significant time to pro-bono representation of battered immigrants.
